am - 30 min stairs plus some work in the gym
pm - 4 quick miles - 1 mile warmup, 2 miles uptempo, 1 mile cool down
weight - 212 and that is down from the 216 that I carried into RR. I was down to 208 going into Cajun Coyote and that was down from a max of 240. I would like to get back down to around 208 for Grasslands and then ultimately get down to 185 - 190 for Cactus Rose.
